Vasilenko (1921-1922 рр.), O.I.Levitsky (1922 р.), V.I.Lipsky (1922-1928 рр.), D.K.Zabolotnyj (1928-1929 рр.), O.O.Bogomolets (1930-1946 рр.), O.I.Palladin (1946-1962 рр.).
